  • We will meet bi-weekly, for one hour sessions over 6 or 12 months in service of your leadership priorities.

We will meet three times over seven weeks:

  • 1 hour meeting to set the scene  and frame your objectives.

  • You and your chosen respondents will complete The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) 360° Assessment online.

  • We explore the results of your LCP 360° assessment and the feedback from your respondents in a 2 hour meeting.

  • Create a bespoke Leadership Action Plan in a 1.5 hour call.

  • Discover the relationship between how you habitually think and how you behave.

  • Identify your leadership strengths and opportunities for grwoing as a creative leader.

  • Leave with a customised Leadership Action Plan to allow you to apply your learning into becoming a more authentic leader in your organization.

  • This programme is for individuals and adaptable for coaching in organisations.
