Leadership Insights Programme

This is for the organizational leader who wants insights into their behaviour and what is driving it. It allows them to not only understand, but to hear how they are seen by those they lead. The Leadership Circle Profile™ is the gold-standard of 360° leadership assessments. It allows leaders to gain insight into their behaviour and what is driving it. It allows you to not only understand, but to hear how those you lead see you.> is unique in that it reveals the internal assumptions and beliefs that drive behavior in the workplace. This allows leaders to see how their inner world of thought translates into a productive or unproductive style of leadership.

  • We will meet 3 times over seven weeks.

  • We will meet for 60 minutes to set the scene  and frame your objectives.

  • You and your chosen respondents will complete The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) 360° Assessment online.

  • Explore the results of the assessment and the feedback from your respondents in a 2 hour call.

  • Discover the relationship between how you habitually think and how you behave.

  • Create a customised Action Plan to allow you to apply your learning into becoming a more authentic leader in your organization in a follow up 1.5 hour development planning call.

  • This programme is for individuals and adaptable for coaching in organisations.
