Not a new skill. Not a strategy. A shift in what’s driving.

Getting there is different for everyone. Some people arrive knowing exactly what’s wrong. Most don’t.

Most arrive with a feeling: I should be further along. Something’s off. I’m working too hard for what I’m getting.

We start there. We look at what’s underneath. Not to analyse it to death, but to recognise it clearly enough that it stops running the show.

What the work looks like

No curriculum. No workbook. We build it as we go.

We start with a conversation about what matters most to you right now. That’s it. Everything else follows from there.

6 or 12 months. One hour every two weeks. Between sessions, I’m here if you need me.

 
Sometimes the work needs a diagnostic lens. The Leadership Circle Profile™ 360, EQ-i 2.0™, and ECR 360™ are available if they’d help. Sometimes it doesn’t need them. We’ll know.
