Getting there is different for everyone. Some people arrive knowing exactly what’s wrong. Most don’t.

Most arrive with a feeling: I should be further along. Something’s off. I’m working too hard for what I’m getting.

We start there. We look at what’s underneath. Not to analyse it to death, but to recognise it clearly enough that it stops running the show.

What we find are patterns that made sense once. When you see them clearly, something shifts. The grip loosens. Not because you fight it, but because you understand what it was for. And what it cost.

With the weight gone, what’s left is what was always there. Knowing. Presence. The ability to read a room and choose how to be in it. The courage to have the conversation you’ve been avoiding. The ease that comes from no longer performing a version of yourself that costs you everything.

Difficult conversations lose their charge. They develop vision for their team and the range to lead differently depending on what’s needed. The people around them grow. The feedback shifts. Others notice before they can name it themselves.

What the work looks like

No curriculum. No workbook. We build it as we go.

We start with a conversation about what matters most to you right now. That’s it. Everything else follows from there.

6 or 12 months. One hour every two weeks. Between sessions, I’m here if you need me.
